How do I wean myself off of soda?

Its becoming the equivalent of a guy that cracks a beer open at 5am. And I want to make a change. Clothes getting expensive. Heavy breathing, family health history. I need to break that cycle.

Starts at restaurants.. Get a water with lemon. I went cold turkey at least 10 years ago. I tasted a Pepsi last year and that shyt was almost painful.

There's no real withdrawal effects, after a few weeks of drinking just water that's all you'll want to drink

Considering man made sugar/soda is the equivalent of crack, its probably best to try subbing sodas for 100%, all natural juices when you can, eventually working your way down to water and tea. baby steps tho.

i'd say start with the clear sodas to trikk yourself into sparkling water and then transition to the sparkling water..
but if its coca cola you're jonesing for, you're fukked. no way out of that addiction unless you never see it in a bottle again.
