nikkas be gym rats just to die at 45 with a diesel looking corpse

because they either in there bullshyttin, or fishing for an injury...
if your regiment straight, and your lifting properly, your body will physically not allow you to spend hours upon hours in the gym.

Was going take the night off, but about lift off the strength of this postIdgaf what no one says, I'll stay in the gym until I'm feeling immaculate. If you ain't got body dysmorphia, an athlete/pro bodybuilder, and or get females already then the incentive of added musculature becomes far less important. It's that endorphin high & pump you recieve after a phenomenal workout that mofos are chasing.
After 3 decades on this earth I've come to realize just how many morons, dikk heads and just plain miserable ass ppl there. So to quell that demon rage in me I gotta regularly kill the weights, rather than potentially strangling a mofo and getting jammed up off fukkshyt. Hot heads know what I mean.![]()

Depends on what they're doing.
Cardio ONLY; expect them to be in the gym for an hour, running, just to lose 300-500 calories.
Lifting; 30-45 minutes. It doesn't take longer than that to create the micro-tears needed in a select muscle group(Biceps, triceps, etc). Recovery time per set added.
Now if they're on steroids, its gonna take longer to break down those muscles, so yes and hour or two usually does it. If they aren't on anything, they're just working out wrong. Its been tried and true/researched, you want to add more volume and more sets over time, for quick gains. Ideally working out a muscle group twice a week is enough for the bulk. If you're doing more than that per muscle group, you won't see any gains and or reach muscle fatigue. Sure, you'll burn more fat/get skinnier, making you look bigger, but you won't actually see results.
I bet yo physique look like shyt
But yea unless you a bodybuilder or on roids it should only take 45 minutes to an hour to get a good workout in.
Ditto for me. I have small children at the crib. When I'm at the gym, it's quiet and I can fully focus on just me. I get a high from training and feel great doing it. Plus, my program calls for me being in their for minimum of 90 minutes, but I might stick around for 120 if I throw in extra sets.I can answer that
The gym is a second home to me, and I don't even socialize with anyone.
I like to spend time there, in fact I love it..... when the wife is at home.
When the wife is out I can't wait to finish and get the fukk outta there!!
