But even if you doing all that swole ass nikka shyt, it don’t take long to do the amount of sets you need to do. Some nikkas just be lingering in that bytch for a few hours
sometimes after you finish your sets you feel like you can add on top depending on how your muscles feel....
Add cardio into that it could be an easy 1-2 hours

You not getting no real results with that bullshyt ass workout.

You should have a workout written down or already memorized before you go into the gym.

what exercises you are going to do, number of sets, reps, different intensity techniques etc.

what is your goal for that day, week, month etc? Are you trying to work on a specific muscle or muscle groups like chest?

I hit each muscle group once a week with weights and the other days I do body weight calisthenics. So on my weight training days I do a lot of volume. Can take me 2 hours just to hit chest or back

some of my workouts have 40 sets for just one muscle like chest LMAO.

when I feel more comfortable I might change my split but I don’t really care to grow at this moment and time.

because they either in there bullshyttin, or fishing for an injury...

if your regiment straight, and your lifting properly, your body will physically not allow you to spend hours upon hours in the gym.
Not true

After a while of being in the gym consistently for a year or multiple years you stop getting sore.

your body’s ability to recover grows immensely.

I don’t get it either I do four exercises with three sets each for each body part and rest one minute in between sets idk what be taking nikkas so long unless they do cardio also in the same session
That’s 6 body parts, 4 exercises, 3 sets each

matter fact wat lifts do you do cuz that confused tf outta me unless you do only compound lifts.

you are leaving a lot of the gains on the table limiting your self to so few exercises

Already been through this on the bodybuilding forum, go do the research there, I've already posted my workout regimen and gains, you don't need to work out one muscle group passed 45 minutes. Assuming you have the proper volume/reps. If you're using light weights that aren't tearing muscle fibers, yes you can sit there for hours. But again, most people are training wrong. Take it from a guy who has natural 20inch biceps, and has wrestled for 10+ years of his life.

Well I used to go to lifted weights cause I’m naturally slim and always be trying to put on like 10-15 pounds. But them weights way too heavy and I’m not about to put in the work to work my way up to swole nikka lifting status so I be like fukk that shyt. I did in the past but I would always fall off.

Then I had an epiphany one day, which was fukk all this big ass weight shyt. Cause I can get skinny swole just by push-ups and hitting the pull-up bar and shyt. Plus I feel like hooping the best cardio cause it’s a full body workout. But people have told me that you have to not do any cardio and bulk up. Then you can cut. I’m like so you mean to tell me you recommending no cardio at all:dahell: I can’t get jiggy with that. shyt don’t even feel right. So I said all that other shyt too much work, and I’m already in shape and shyt so it ain’t like I be there to lose weight.

Wrestlers do this all the time. Many simply don't do any cardio. A lot of NFL guys are trained this way early on. However, you won't have that shredded look (unless on gear). You'll have a bit of belly, but some strong looking arms and back. Getting big is all about caloric surplus, so yes, that bulk will be turned into bigger muscles, but you're not gonna have a six pack...or be thin by any means. I don't mind it, I've been both very lean and bulky, I prefer an intermediate of both. I like knowing I can run endlessly due to jogging. But I don't focus on cardio in the gym. I lift heavy, stretch, and run every other day.

More than likely lifting light, in general, you don't want full body workouts if you're trying to gain muscle *naturally*. The golden ratio is always upper body one day, lower body the next. Essentially working out both groups, twice a week. If you're natural, a full body workout till failure, will leave you fatigued for longer, and make it much harder to target specific muscle groups. Essentially;

Full-body workouts are generally recommended for:
  • Beginner and intermediate level lifters who want comprehensive fitness improvements.
  • People who want general health improvements (lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, etc.).
  • Athletes (team and individual sports).
  • People who primarily want fat loss.
  • Seniors who want to maintain and improve movement quality.
Body-part splits are generally recommended for:

  • People who want physique improvements (bodybuilders, fitness models, etc.).
  • Experienced gym goers who want to improve weak links or increase specific exercises.
  • People who want to lift weights often and frequently without taxing their nervous system.
  • People recovering from injuries (to strengthen weak muscles and eliminate imbalances).

If you not in there 1.5-2hrs you either got a soft workout or you not taking full advantage of the stress relief. You supposed to leave out feeling like you just got a massage and the Asian lady tugged you on the way out
