Chicago is a shythole. I wouldn't be opposed to the government giving automatic life sentences to known gang members and people caught with illegal guns in Chicago Bc what they've been doing clearly isn't working.

I believe in redemption and change. I got into a argument with a co-worker years ago about this, but I think she was right. We have a whole generation or two that is just lost, and the majority of them can't be fixed. The easy thing would be to say that we have to make plans that don't include them. That's just the reality of our species. I don't even think it's all too extreme for us. We're just the ones who get the attention. Thing is, those plans would be used to discriminate and hold back all of us.
