How come we have to plead for business from our own instead of it just being understood automatically like with other races?

"Culture" is a collection of beliefs, knowledge, ethics, and rules that are embedded in the group. They exist on racial, ethnic, and national boundaries. African-Americans are largely Christian, so we exist as a part of the western Christian culture - specialized around the Black radical tradition culture. We're capitalist because we live in a capitalist nation-state; have a natural distrust of white authority structures, and a heavy value on education - that clashes with poverty and destruction of the prison-industrial complex.

Its like you're not actually a Black person engaging with Black people everyday.

Except the issue that is in Chicago is directly tied to White banks extracting wealth from Black families. The killing is the symptom, the problem is the extraction of wealth basically creating failed neighborhoods which REQUIRE reparations to fix. Everyone got reparations to fix their situations from Native Americans, Jews, Japanese, the Marshall Plan but we're the only ones expected to change our situation out of thin air while also being attacked at all sides by the society.
