@Cereal_Bowl_Assassin how many days would you recommend to get off the coli??

Honesy i don't even know. I base it off if what important things I have to do in my life. Since I'm sick(covid) and off of work I've been on the coli (and other things) a lot.

Usually I check the coli and i.g. on the weekend but after 3 days if not using social media I don't feel the need to check for it

i make a to-do list, and dedicate time to every task.
For example , im currently reading a college book and i try to read 15 at the end of the day.
Maybe one page per hour , or multiple if im motivated.

Break down your tasks and make goals you need to reach.
This. Don't think of shyt in time but in tasks.

And just do it. If your focus sucks it sucks. What matters more is that you get shyt done.

If you suck at focusing in one session, attack your task in multiple sessions. I used to read my notes over daily as a minimum studying habit

By being an adult and forcing myself to do things I often don't want to because I know time won't wait for me. Getting to heaven is hell and your brain will resist change in lifestyle until that change becomes your lifestyle. Most people aren't distracted by ass and films because they have ADHD, they're distracted because those things don't require anything but passive consumption and they lack discipline. "I can't concentrate," often boils down to, "I have no discipline."

Speaking in general, most adults are fully capable of focusing. We choose daily what we find most important to focus on. For some it's studying six hours for another I.T. certification. For others, it's a six hour Netflix binge. We all have passive hobbies we enjoy and no man is better than the next in that regard. When you struggle to prioritize effectively (at least to your level of personal satisfaction) you have to consider that it's less about your capability and more about your willingness.
