I have ADHD as well. Let me give you a pointer. It may work for you, or it may not.
So what I've found is that the reason I have trouble concentrating is because unless it's something I'm already interested in, my brain wants to be doing something else. Anything else. Anything... at all. Doing the dishes, eating a snack, walking around in circles, picking my nose, jacking off for the 4th time today. Literally anything except whatever it is I'm supposed to be doing.
So we have to give our brains something else to do while we're trying to concentrate.
I've found that lofi beats helps with this tremendously. Put this on in the background at medium-low volume. See if it helps. This way, your brain has something else to do (listen to music) but it doesn't require concentration so you get to keep that for the task at hand.
Don't use any electronics 2 hours before bed. Electronics distracts your brain and prevents your brain from "shutting off" and relaxing for sleep
That means no TV, phone, tablet, laptop, etc
Start there and it would allow you to focus
From there, only listen to audio electronics. Podcasts are the best. Listen to a Podcast while walking. That would increase your focus

This. I tried to get 8 hours yesterday and was in bed by 11. Was reading before bed, I have a kindle though so it's electronics.
I don't know why people like Kindle so much. The point of reading should be to get away from electronics
If you can't read a book or finish a movie you have ADHD. I can do both and I think I have it. The only thing that works for me is to be 100% stimulated by something, and even that lasts for only so long. You have to find your own way of dealing with it. Small tasks works some too.

pomodoro timer, and focusing on that and not everything else.This destroyed me in school and same thing is happening at work. I could never study.
I've read about pomodoro timers but didn't work for me.
Reading a book is difficult also, as i can't focus. I start daydreaming about random shyt.
I don't think i got full blown ADHD but i got some of the symptoms. Haven't read a book in years. Barely finish tv shows and movies.
I'm trying to be productive in 2022 but nothing i've tried works. All my todo lists go unfinished.
It's so easy for me to focus on this bytch, if i could transmute this energy to work or learning a craft i'd be a millionaire.![]()

You can't do anything while Reading. Can't drive, watch TV, listen to the radio, talk to someone else, etc when you read
