RFK was apart of that 1% and got got too. Huey Long was for the people and also suffered the fate.. Back then, atleast we had HONORABLE MEN who DIED for the cause.
True, but now the U.S. is crumbling because of these greedy people. Sad that they don't give a shyt. Some of the military personnel doesn't care either. It's all about stability.
True, but you did say there's never been a leader who wasn't of the 99%. Also, I know you are a threat to them, but I was just making a point.
The top of the elite like made men and some women. Then, you have the corporate whores, but that's another thing in itself.Whats you guys definition of the 1%?
I don't dislike corporations and I've stated that before. As a Democratic-Socialist, I believe everyone should have a fair piece. The same piece? No, but a fair piece and have a distribution of wealth for the 99%. What I dislike is greed. How can we create and get resources? Should we work together and for the people in political arenas and etc? What's your idea?Yeah sure, There are different style of leadership, i'm talking about leadership in term of power and authority, i should have been more specific. MLK and Malcom are charismatic leaders, they influenced people to follow them because of their convictions and their great speech ability, but they hold no ressources, they have no army (they could have but that's another story.), so at the end of the day they were very vulnerable. For example, most employee hate their boss, but at the end of the day, the boss hold the authority and the power to fire them or make their lives miserable. Most people hate corporations, but at the end of the day, the corporations owned by the 1% make this country the biggest economy on earth, remove the 1% and you become a poor country point blank.
And if you remove the 99%? The 1% are lucky that most of the 99% are obsequious and easily pacified by the latest iDevice.remove the 1% and you become a poor country point blank.
EXACTLY this. You need the 99% for a number of things. And if you remove the 99%? The 1% are lucky that most of the 99% are obsequious and easily pacified by the latest iDevice.
It is economics.
A communism is the final stage of an economy...communism creates a classless nation. A nation where people only take what they need.
A nation that calls itself communist is planning to achieve a communist nation...a nation without classes.
Marx said that the human economy has to go through stages, there's the slave state, the feudal state, the capitalist society and there's communism.
Each stage of the human economy is destroyed by it's own contradictions. Marx believed that only advanced capitalist societies can achieve communism because they have enough wealth and technology to do so.
In communist nations like Vietnam and China...capitalist activity is allowed to build the factors of production. Capitalism is good at building the wealth of a nation, but then it causes extreme inequality. Vietnam and China much rather allow capitalist activity than remind in squalor.
China is planning on achieving communism like 100 years from now. Vietnam is one of the fastest growing economies in the world right now and probably 150 years away from communism.
Communist countries are about what they could be, not what it is.
And if you remove the 99%? The 1% are lucky that most of the 99% are obsequious and easily pacified by the latest iDevice.
Communism cannot work because the human nature is inherently selfish, that's the biggest missing piece of the puzzle in the Marx theory. Karl Marx was a aristocrat who never worked in his life and spent his time to write bullshyt, all his ideas were pure utopia.
However, the crazy part is that people are waking up now. Especially, with social media and etc. So, I disagree that the 99% will always follow. This had nothing to do with luck, this is life, the 99% will always follow like they did since prehistoric time. Like i said, you live on another planet, but i would like to visit your planet one day because it seems perfect.
