You didn't even attempt to answer the questions. That tells me all I need to know. :dead: And on the contrary, you seem to be the one who can't imagine a world without the 1%. :manny:

I actually do not. I understand that unfairness and inequality are intrinsic to society. I was just trying to understand where he is coming from as I've never heard the "99% need the 1%" sentiment before, especially from someone who is a part of the 99%. It would be akin to hearing a worker saying s/he needs a boss, an eyebrow raiser of sorts. However, it seems as if he can't properly explain or respond to direct questions.

You want to argue just for the sake to argue, there's nothing to say, you're trolling right now, i don't have time and honestly i don't care.

When you do the actual research and begin to see the real picture it will frighten you.

We are fish in a fish tank. Live in a completely controlled environment.

Crumbling?
Yes crumbling. The middle class and working class is shrinking. Meaning, the wage gap is widening. Also, we are going to have another financial collapse in a few years. The rich are getting richer. So, yeah it's crumbling in my opinion. It's functional right now though.

Let's continue the discussion/debate.

How do you make people want more of the piece of the pie? Can you make a person want to own capital? Not just say or suggest they want it but actually make life changes so they can do so?

That is the real quiestion imo.

I would say that equal pay for genders and a livable wage is getting more piece of the pie. Also, getting more people to be entrepreneurs.

Equal pay for genders is a myth that ignores reality.
Men work more hours than women so this increases their average pay rate.
Men seek out jobs that are higher paying, whereas in those same rated feilds women rarely try to persue
Women take time off their jobs for child birth, men don't, these skew women salary ranges as well, also they lose career positioning in doing so.
Women seek out lower paying jobs that are more flexible in time off, again lowering the average wage of women.

Livable wage, link minimum wage these laws disadvantage the poor and unskilled by driving up the wage to a point where they are not hireable because of their lack of value.
The better option for those is to remove wage floors and allow those people to work for what they can negotiate and gain some professional skills, even if they are nothing but soft skills and habits, rather than force them not to work at all.

IMHO.
