How does Drake get credit for "making hit records" when he doesn't write or produce?

Who is the person who decides which tracks to put on the album. Who is the person who fleshes out a reference track into a full song? Who says "Yes" and "No". It ain't Quentin Miller. Who is it? 40? If it's ain't 40, it's Drake.

Drake takes songs and turns them into hits.

It's 40, he's credited as that, and he's also the engineer...he is the only person in the equation that has musical talent. Drake doesn't have any. He's not a good singer, he doesn't write his own rhymes, and he doesn't make beats.
Y'all keep saying: QM got paid!!!!! Waaahh...He got credited, he's not a ghostwriter!!

He didn't get credited on RICO....and there's also an extra writer on 10 bands...Frank Dukes. What's good w/ that? Why is he on the songwriting portion of 10 bands but not the production portion? Oh. You need that many people on rap song w/ a simple beat? It's not a complex orchestral composition...a dude made the basic parts of that song on his own, and somebody else helped flesh it out...what did drake do beside milli vanilli? shyt ain't even that dope to require that much help. It's pitiful.

Why is his name on the songwriting credits and not the production credits? Why is Quentin Miller's name on the writer's credit as well? That's 2 writers on one track not named Aubrey Graham.

There's a PRODUCER on the songwriting credits, too...because boi 1da really ain't do shyt but loop Frank Dukes' beat. What's good with MIKE ZOMBIE? He raps...writes his own shyt. Why does drake have several artists around him that write and never come out?

He wrote 24 bars and an outro, so yes he wrote most of the lyrics. Adlibs and plug in words I'm dead ass not arguing with dumb nikkas. Nikkas can't even explain the other 12 songs from the mixtape with no co-credited writers bu bu Drake doesn't write.
