so if you better than 8 a mile just charge it to the game you good

15 minute mile is walking pace. Do more sprints and 400 m work. Those shed your mile time better than doing a bunch of flabby and sick runs

For military that is the most you can run it on average. Over 8 minutes and you might fail unless youre older. Older guys already been there though

I had a terrible ankle injury in 2022 and I didn’t run as much for over a year. I’ve gotten my stamina back up in the last several months.
