It definitely got them recognition...but it wasn't like he was dissing them on California LoveMobb Deep should thank Pac.
Pac dissing them, probably got them more recognition than their biggest hit.

Also, the whole days are numbered line would be dope if they were the ones who caused the death of Pac. Since they didn't, that just a basic throwaway diss line, like the other empty threats Prodigy made towards Jay.

He was just about to sign to the Roc thoughThe importance of this track is manufactured mostly by the internet, just like Reasonable Doubt's impact in 96, Pac's superior lyrical abilities or Big L's potential for greatness.

It was supposed to be the lead single. Pac dying actually fukked up the roll out of Hell On Earth.I've had this convo before....I remember someone saying that maybe they had plans of putting it on the album prior to his death and it just turned out that way. But what if Mobb Deep had control and knew what they were doing actually green lighting it to be on the album afterwards? What if it was never meant to be on the album and instead was just meant for the dj's but after his death they said 'fukk him lets put this on the record' just to be spiteful and evil.
I don't know about Rosenberg right. But that's a piss poor excuse for a "diss". Word to Drake

Cause it was terrible. I tried to listen to it the other day. It was whack. Smh at how prodigy gets so much credit for The Infamous but outside of that dude really didn't bring it. .
"How the fukk is murder music when everybody that ever dissed this nikka is still breathing/ jayz saigon nas already killed him/tupac he ain't alive but you ain't kill him" Hail Joe Budden

:pdahell:and lyrically it was ass imo
Not always...but clearly harder to execute.Subliminal diss track are always better then direct ones to me

Nah - there was a lot of personal shyt in there. "Now its all about Versace...you copied my style"All Hit Em Up is is empty threats for the most part..

I couldn't believe it when you brought up BP2. I lost, but I learned a good lesson...so really I won
Yeah - Super Ugly started off shaky and came across as kind of creepy.
The people rejected it right off top.
I disagree with this. But I get where you are coming from.and the truth stands out more than any lyrical dexterity
