Mine is odd in that I accrue based on tenure. But I'll give you what you get at a full year kn the job.
Entry Level Business Analyst
12 Vacation Days
3 Personal Days
8 Sick Days
At 1 yr you can convert sick days to vacation days on a 2:1 ratio.
Pretty good set up and you can carry over up to 5 days vacation to the next year (service year not fiscal year).

What do you do as a Reporting Analyst?
Mostly pull data for internal and external use. Lots of Excel and SQL Server. Digging into Power BI a bit as well.
