I think I need 4 weeks minimum + sick leave to function properly

When I first started, I didn't take off of work for the first 18 months just so I can get to the 240 (use or lose).

I fukked up not negotiating more vacation time for this and simply salary. That said we get 180 hours of PTO per year. It's all lumped together. I work at a hospital and we don't have paid holidays. That's why it's so much PTO. But we can game the system and say we're working at home to avoid burning PTO if I need to. If I were to take 8 holidays, I'd only be left with 116 hours of PTO which is only like three weeks.

I'm considered a clinical systems analyst.
