As of right now there is no viable alternative to live sports. NONE.

Whenever there is at that point I will "cut the cord".

I don't have cable and watch all the sports I want.
I'm talking about more than just a choppy stream.

The NFL doesn't have a live HD internet option. NBATV and NFL Network are not online unless it's in some package that costs more than my cable does.

I just use tv for sports but online streams becoming better and better has me not even watching it since I can be on my computer while watching the games

Cable TV probably won't ever die, I'm sure most people enjoy flipping though the channels finding random stuff to watch, I prefer that over having everything on demand :yeshrug: I enjoy watching repeats of Sitcoms and such.

Also I tried Sling TV a couple days ago and it runs like trash, mind you I have fast internet and stream live Sports just fine, but the streaming quality on Sling TV is :shaq2:. Maybe if they sort that out it can be a good service.

There were a ton of NBA HD streams on Kodi all season. Even been watching west coast MLB games :ehh:
