Didnt you hear me say as a TECH HEAD thats what I enjoy about PC's? Along with that, thats why I said Macs are for people who are NOT experienced with computer. You said Macs have more waulity than PC's. Thats false because it depends on what PC you get, since well PC is an OPEN SYSTEM. Also customization/freedom is one of the many things I like about PC's. Something you can rarely do with a Mac. \



Only an opinion. Can the average out of box Mac beat an high end gaming desktop/laptop? No just no. Again IT DEPENDS on the PC/Hardware company. Yes the average Mac is better than an average low end PC(because the average Mac has usually specs), but again thye average Mac cant compete with an high end gaming laptop with great built qaulity like an Falcon Northwest. No way...

Software wise. Yeah maybe, because M$ is hit and miss with software.




What numbers? Elaborate. So people dont care about buying a brand? Because thats what Macs really just are.

Macs DO and CAN have better quality than windows computers...its proven damn near everytime apple drops something new.

Just chunking shyt together with no understanding of integration doesn't mean its going to be better.

All that customization is overrated to me...but hey, as long as you get to have the largest number, you get to feel better about yourself.

And this "gaming" talk has to do with DEVELOPMENT, not hardware.

If you get these game devs to MAKE mac version, they'll compete.

Also, why is dude comparing clunky ass gaming laptops with the slim laptops Apple makes? The only thing those laptops beat apple's is in graphics. Apple uses top processors, ram, and SSDs. These laptops are not marketed towards gamers, at all.

One more thing, OSX is not inherently easier to use than windows. Its also not locked down. This is not iOS we are talking about..

Again my top of the line Lenovo cost me $850. I forget the exact specs, but it has like 12 gigs of ram and a hybrid SSD and (I think) the 4th gen i7, plus a Geforce 750M. To me, that's cheap.

Thats a good value, but
It also has a BS screen, made of mostly plastic, does not have in person warranty support (free of charge), and might be cheaply built. You do the math

This is an overstatement. For this to be true you're going to have to prove the quality of Mac computers are better than every single PC hardware company. Low end and high end. A Macbook is not beating an Asus G75 in terms of quality...

Um..You misread me. When I meant "gaming laptops" I meant laptops designed specifically for gaming(and editing) and have higher specs and built quality.
And gaming development has to do with hardware. If that was the case the Xbox 360 would have gotten Metal Gear Solid 4...Or the Wii wouldn't have relied solely on first party games.
