Get the CIA to create fake protest and outrage over low wages in China, India, Pakistan, and New Mexico. Then create a plant within those countries to remove the government "elected" by the people who will raise wages and create a "democracy" for the public.....and that should buy us 20+ years to ship enough jobs back over before their citizens figure out what we did.

Community Colleges can get you a 2 year degree in a computer field which is enough to get you working at a decent wage.
