That's the truth. We were told that around here to go to Charlotte. U have ties in Columbia for u to come down here?

Nah I am ATL born and raised. I may have family in SC since my great great grandparents moved from SC to GA, but I was looking for a smaller town with a Black middle class. ATL is so crowded now.

If not ATL, Raleigh and Columbia look nice.

I went to ATL a few weeks ago. I got fam there but no deep roots. I was born and raised in the hood in NJ but when I went to ATL it feels like a place to not fuxk around at. . I'll take my chances and keep my ass in a rural area with the white folks.

I lived near Irmo when I was there. Lived there from 2011-2015. I feel the same way about Columbia as I do Charlotte, when it’s on it’s on and when it’s quiet it’s quiet. If you’re of college age 5 points/ the vista is your spot. Harbison area(where I lived) wasn’t bad outside of ridiculous traffic. Can’t tell you much about the club scene but I hung out in the vista mostly.. I miss Jillian’s. Columbia is what you make it. It can be fun if you know how to have fun anywhere.

I like Columbia. It’s among my relocation options if I was to move down South along with Tampa, Virginia Beach, and Charlotte.

Bruh if you ever thinking about leaving The Boroughs please let me plug The Beach or Charlotte for you. Boyh better options than Columbia (which I like as well). Never been to Tampa, heard good things though!

I'm responsible for a plant in West Columbia. They took us to dinner at Liberty Tap Room and Grill. If you ever go there the only thing worth eating is the wings. Everything else was nasty. They have a good beer selection and nice views of the lake but the food is not worth it.
