2 and a half years for me. First half of the first year, I didnt really know wtf I was doing though. So it probably couldve been faster
Did your body fill out appropriately or do you find yourself lacking in some areas

Like calves for instance. Any growth there?

Calves are genetic, if you got scrawny calves you can get them up some but they will still be smaller in relation to the other areas you're able to bulk more.

If you have a legit work out regime, then for the most part you will even out. Though genetics come into place for people, calves are one of those muscle groups where sometimes even if you go hard on it day in and day out, they still wont get as big as you would like.

I go hard and I think they still measure around 15''. But I'm only 165 so lets hope youre right
