Congratulations! Drop a line if you need 🌲 from Maine; NH is trash on that front. Holler for any other New England recommendations as well!

BRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKLLLLLYYYYYNNNN
Congrats bruh! :salute:

Not to reign on your parade because this is your success story but I just got an offer letter for a remote position today (fortune 500 company).

Been unemployed for a minute and lowkey going through it with mad rejections and frivolous interviews outside of this company. My trading has been trash on these prop firms too.

This last interview was easier than expected, 2 calls, no teams meeting or nothing, making more than my last job, more closer to 6. (Wife's already there)

Me and my wife gonna be traveling a lot more working good paying remote jobs. Life is good!

God is good!!! 🙏🏽

Not to mention, i get to neg that bıtch nıgga @Roger king on easy leisure. 🤩

It was a grind

I was getting very discouraged

I remember when my friend was applying and I told him you gotta keep trying

Was about to say fukk my own advice and take a break

I think im still going back to school

Congrats! I'm in the same career field. There's a lot of room for growth if you cert up and stack years of experience. I'm 20 years in. Started out in the military. After 4 years, got a 100% travel DoD job (sucked) at 75k. Did that for 3 years. Felt really discouraged at that time because I couldn't land a stationary job. Ended up getting one in the East Bay (CA) an hour from where I grew up. I was a contractor for a year at 90k (7 years experience). The next year I was hired as a fulltime employee at 110k. I finished my bachelor's shortly after that. I steadily got yearly cost of living raises and got two promotions. With bonuses I'm now at 200k.

Experience is king then certs. After that, a degree. In my case, a degree didn't advance my career at all because I was already working for the company I'm with without one. They did have to get a waiver approved to hire me though because one of the job requirement was a 4 year degree.

Best of luck!

Congrats Breh.

I to went down the IT path with no experience. Started on customer service, moved to helpdesk, then network / Linux admin. Its a grind but can be very rewarding if you network and take advantage of the opportunities.
