Stronger legs, glutes, and core = better lifts on upper-body compounds.

I def need to hit the gym. i've been slacking and hadn't worked out seriously in months. I'm not fat or anything.

Dumbbell Only Home Or Gym Full Body Workout

This workout plan is good. I did it for a while and felt much stronger and whatnot but I fell off.
I eat good, I just need to workout. I don't want to get big as hell though. I just want to get more cut. I'm not interested in looking like The Hulk.

Facts. It may not be the typical going to the gym type regimen, but you need some kind of physical activity. Boxing, running, etc.
Simply even walking for the I don't have time brehs...

You don't have to go to the gym. you can get some simple work outs that you can do indoors for 15 mins at the crib minimum at least.

Calisthenics and cardio daily is all I do, have a weight set in my basement just for show at this point. Being skinny and flabby is the worst.
