Imma spoiler it in case they got agents stalking me

ok so I work for Pepsi slanging cases in the warehouse…tough work

Off and on for weeks, my right shoulder blade area was hurting, I worked thru it, usually by the end of the night it’ll loosen and I’ll be good until the next day

Well eventually the morning came that this shyt hurt so bad that I couldn’t go to work…told the manager, set up the workman’s comp and went to the doctor…they gave me an x ray and sent me back on light duty

The day after I seen the dr, the shyt locked up again and I was in excruciating pain…stayed in bed 3 days, on muscle relaxers bc powders Tylenol etc…I had my girl pull a mattress in the living room because I got tired of being in the room

Literally couldn’t stand up..well the day I was supposed to go back, I texted the manager and told him I was hurting and couldn’t come in and I’ll go back to the dr soon as I’m able to

Basically said they don’t give a shyt, the dr cleared me and i need to come in or go to the dr the same day…I had a few words for him and that was that

Well yesterday I went to the dr, they ordered an MRI and excused all days I missed

I come in today, I’m talkin to all my co workers n shyt, the manager come up to me with the gm and they said I had to leave the building because I’m STILL suspended for missing work

Said I didn’t keep communication with them…I said still? They never notified me of a suspension for getting hurt doing their work

Of course I came in with my dr excuse and my work restrictions…so as I’m talking saying I have all my shyt in order, they keep trying to talk over me…and then had the nerve to say I was starting to get an aggressive demeanor and he was getting uncomfortable :russ:

Str8 cracka trigger words…I just laughed and said they’ll hear from my lawyer

Went outside, called a law firm and explained to them and they’re sending the case to their lawyers

These crackas wan war? We can go to war

I missed so much shyt with my kids, with life in general doing that back breaking work..and when my back damn near breaks, they wanna be on some fukk shyt

I actually sued my job before and won. A lot of y’all know this. During that process I learned a lot about employment law and EEOC and how the process works.

First off, you don’t have a case. You likely in a right to work state. You are gonna have to prove you being discriminated against under one of the five protected classes. Either they treating you wrong because your sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. The only other way is retaliation, and that’s what my case was based under. But besides that, a job can pretty much legally fire you if they don’t like on some petty shyt.

Next, for you to even be able to sue your employer, you have to the EEOC to approve your case. You can’t sue your employer unless they say you have a case. So you need to contact them. They will either tell you you don’t have a case, or say you do and send the notice of investigation to your employer. At that point they will ask if they want to provide evidence or choose mediation.

If you in a union, then you can disregard all that shyt. I don’t know how shyt work with unions involved in the process.

Let this be a wake up call. I don't know how old you are hopefully you're still relatively young but STOP BREAKING YOUR BACK FOR THESE CRACKAS man they don't give a fukk about you they're in a management position in a ac office while you're out there on some 1863 mississippi field negro shyt literally breaking parts of your body just to live check to check....instead of focusing on a lawsuit go pick up a trade or learn a skill thank me latter:hhh:

Did you go immediately from no strikes all the way to suspension pending investigation?

They did this to me some years back. I hope you documented you trying to establish some sort of contact. Pepsi does not play and frankly they were able to ruin my life when I really needed it the most, halfway through my girls pregnancy with my first child.

Worst comes to worse, you lose, but they do not contest unemployment benefits.

I remember 2014 my second summer there. SATX, 88 hour week following by 92 hour week, followed by 76. I only stuck in there because I was 'promoted' to QC department, far less hours with just a 50 cent raise in pay, but far less disposable and didn't have to put my life at risk going to, coming back from, and AT work with exhausting employees on forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

All the corporate fukks thought they could make it right with bags of breakfast tacos at 7am the following day. Mind you we start at 230PM the day prior. Dudes snorting meth to ignore the aches and pains and work through it, breaking open cases of muscle milk, rockstars and gatorades to just make it through.

exact situation

Crazy thing is, this ain’t just me…the manager is a piece of shyt who literally doesn’t know what he’s doing …he’s like 30, one of them ‘bro’ white boys

I remember one day he jumped on with us, he did one set, and STORMED back into his office huffin and puffin..he cant pick, can’t drive any of the trucks, can’t even make the schedule right

We run out of plastic wrap often…several times my foreman (who really should’ve been the supervisor) has left work and bought us wrap with his personal money

We just got blue cloud in the warehouse..they handle the hard mtn dew shyt that just came out…the foreman’s last day is this Saturday and Monday he starts with blue cloud on the other side of the building

Cpl months ago I saved this one nikkas life, he had a full blown seizure and I was the only person around…he just told me today he has an interview with blue cloud

Since this cac manager came, the whole warehouse has been in shambles

One of my boys got a bag from amazon (RING) off some discrimination shyt

One of my uncles got 7 figs from some similar type shyt working as a garbageman in Cali


My point is I’ve seen mfs get the bag so go full steam ahead on these cacs. Sendin hella positive energy your way
