UPDATE: these ppl playing games giving me the run around

I finally got an MRI last Friday, suppose to receive the results in 3 business days…no call

I just got off the phone with the drs office, and they told me I have to come in to get the results nikkas ain’t even inform me the results was in or nothing

Whole time it’s been almost 2 months, I’m still suspended, no return date, not making any money

Yeah a phone call to your dr the same day you called off coulda helped alot.

It’s their dr, shyt wouldn’t make a difference…besides the dr excused all of my days

A phone call ain’t shyt they need to see u in the office…I was physically unable to go in

Do yall not have a handbook? There is no complaint line to contact? Or people at corporate who can tell you the proccess. Seems like you dont know any of the proccesses you typically learn through orientations or training classes at work. Not judging,because some companies neglect those things. And just throw you right out there.


But im wondering if you even followed the injury procedure proccess correctly now

I only read the OP but if i was in your position i'd ask your wc lawyer for a referral to a plaintiff side employment lawyer. you may be able to get a free consultation on your case and see if you have any viable claims. Whether you are in a union and what city/state you are in matters a lot as well.
