I find religion Christianity in particular gives people this fictitious high horse to ride on make them feel better than everyone else when they are really not.

Most of these "Christians" have never even read the bible in its entirety :mjlol: they just remember few quotable scriptures.
Most of these "Christians" leave the most deplorable lives they don't even live by what they beleive in but thinks it's all good on Sunday when they pay a tithe or the good pastor blesses them or forgives them in the name of the lawd:ohlawd::mjlol:

I know many agnostic and atheist individuals who's lives are more upstanding than these bible thumping mental zombies.

But i'm not gonna let that affect my relationship with God. I just do my own thing.

I believe in God 24/7, however i don't believe in what others say to me in regards to what god says such things as "" well u know god what u to do this or that with your life and if u don't follow this path then u going to so & so " ... unless i see a person come down from heaven and tell me what i should i do, i'm not taking no advice from people out here in the streets

God put u on this earth to live your life he planned for u to live. rather good or demonic ...

TBCH, I don't think most people really believe in a God. People are communal, and that is one of the reasons religion has remained so popular and relevant all throughout history. Also, there are a lot of poor blacks who have nothing....NOTHING else besides their faith. Its overwhelming to some, probably, to take in all of reality (including what happens after death) without faith.

Sure there are those heathens who do heathenous things but they still believe in God and have a cross tatted on them somewhere. I even know thugs who post bible verses everyday.

No offense I Just believe in Science more!

Physics for laws in the universe ( How the Universe operates, Stars, Galaxies)

Biology for human laws ( growth, Diseases,expansion of life)

Chemistry ( For use of medicines that religious people in the bible believed as miraculous).

Psychology ( Studies of how the brain operates, Pineal gland ( what religious people identify as your religious consciousness).

It seems a lot of the biblical stories can be explained through science.

For example: If eve was created from the rib of Adam. Wouldn't haven't sex with somebody who has the same genetic chromosomes cause an extremely negative trickle effect on their other future children.

I think people hold on to the belief of a diety, because they fear the aftermath of their life. It's not cool to say there's a permanent ending, because that would scare everybody half to death, of death in itself. If a God makes you feel comfortable; about passing away, then That's cool; however I just wouldn't rely on it to dictate how I live presently.

BTW: I do believe in Jesus ( teachings) on how to live. I also read and listen to the belief of the prophet Mohammed.
Another thing that interest me is that Jesus is one of the most quoted people in the Quran " Ibn Maryam". You figure this would settle a lot of the same virtues each group of people should have.

Also to be honest I hope there is a god. I'm just not feeling so comfortable around that premise.
