You bought the console. you bought the game, you plugged everything up. you put the game in and you started playing. the most you would have to do is by a memory card or some shyt like that.

you didn't have to worry about connecting to no type of network. If you wanted to play against someone else you would invite a friend over or go to their crib. you didn't watch movies or do other random shyt like that. More importantly.... it wasn't a major investment.

Yes it was, games were actually more expensive then than they are now, especially on Super Nintendo.

But also remember back then if a game was glitched it stayed glitched.
