I was merely speaking on that part that Cube is speaking out for the Black people. I have no issue there. My issue is the timing, and of course calling out others who have been in the fight BEFORE him as if they've done nothing while he's doing everything.
The analogy is relevant, which is why people are calling him out for it. Plenty of entertainers have spoken out over the years while doing their careers. Why is Cube different? I know why.

For other Black people? He is Black American -- speaking out for Black Americans (ethnic group). About something that has and IS specifically affecting Black Americans (ethnic group). I don't see the issue. That's called advocacy. No one really wants Cube's plan -- but him speaking out can lead to one being created that we will.
The timing is great.
Cause, while we all need to be reaching out to our reps and writing and meeting them. For the Presidential stage -- this is the time! It's called campaign season. It's called earning votes and listening to concerns -- then making promises/agendas to help address them.
And please remember, Cube is late to the table -- but he has joined in on helping those who have been speaking on this for over 2-3 years now. He is amplifying a concern/issue.
