If I want to live a long life. How should I change my diet?

I would honestly say limit your portions, eat more veggies, make 90% of what you drink water and drink it often.

You should be doing mostly homecooking with real ingredients, and keep your diet varied to take advantage of super beneficial basics (oats, barley, couscous) as well as lighter options(salmon,broccoli, brussels sprouts)

Yup. 90% of what I eat can be summed up with eggs, water, oats, fish, broccoli, and pasta. That other 10% will be pizza or something every blue moon, save for this fall when I was eating pizza every day for almost a month.:francis: Still lost weight and I do zero cardio. You will feel so much better keeping it basic, and having chicken, vegetable, and turkey broths lying around help you turn mad bland meals into something passable.

I remember the first time I ate ass. I was 17. Woke up the next day and I was somewhat more muscular. I never worked out a day in my life. I wore glasses too and my eyesight got better.

I started it this year (no dumb shyt and not tryna humblebrag or anything stupid) but so far in the three weeks I've been doing it I've lost holiday weight and then some, my digestion feels different, I'm more alert during the day etc. Humans aren't supposed to be eating all the meat and cheese and processed shyt that we do :scust:
