I can't count how many times I've talked to women who were proud about not knowing how to cook and clean, and dismissing them and deleting their numbers. It feels great . No sense in stressing about it


My last girlfriend was submissive, and I loved it
-Cooked and cleaned to perfection
-Always cooked a hot meal for me when I came back from work
-Held my opinions with weight, and listened to my advice
-Never denied me sex cause she wanted to "teach me a lesson" or "was mad at me"
-Did every type of sexual thing under the sun, freak in the sheets
-Never got an attitude with me
-Convos always flowed smoothly. Would give great advice, without a reprimanding/condescending tone


Every week I see a thread of "Oh my women won't do this", "Oh women these days are always saying this"

This thread was entertaining. One if the things I've loved about this board is how long its been around. You get to see entire evolutions.

Young, impressionable kids get a few college courses under their belt and think they know everything. They know more than god lol. she moved away to a different state because of a job opportunity and school opportunity

i couldn't just pick up and move like that.

She got a great job out in DC. Amazing pay. The job was going to pay for her to go to school.

She already has her masters and everything.

She wanted me to move out there with her. I just couldnt commit because everything is here for me. She doesnt really have fam out here so it was easier.

We tried to do the long distance thing but i couldnt. So i ended it. She hates me to this day lol

Secondly, people have such a hard time grasping a concept. They resort to fukking extremes...like you. A dog that follows you? That's your idea of a submissive wife? That's really what I'm arguing against here? It's going to come down to you doing you but you have to wonder why divorce rates are so high, men are lacking backbones and are not leading households. Equal leadership never works especially considering the vastly different makeup of the man and woman psyche.

Cool well we have a fundamental difference of opinion so this conversation is useless. I think I live in an area civilized enough that a women deserve a chance to be more than a housewife, and I appreciate her being my partner instead of her being my sidekick. Like I said if you want a wife who is not capable of helping your family outside of a sandwich, and scrubbing your toilet, then do you. Imo it reeks of insecurity that the only way you think your family will be successful is if your girl is dependent on you. I want my girl to be someone who is not dependent on me, and chose me not because I can provide for her, cause she can get her own, but because of an actual bond.

The thread starter is right in theory but unfortunately it never works out that way. If I were single I'd want men who are desperate to find power in life by demanding submission in their women to avoid me like the plague just like I'd avoid them. But people are always trying to get others to live as they live to justify the way they are living. Its why thread starter and those agreeing with him will shame men who don't want the same and talk badly about women who don't want the same.

Somebody in here already quoted the dictionary definition of being submissive, which is unresistingly obedient. You guys are entitled to your opinion just don't b*stardize the language. Either pick a different word or explain why you want to obey your man, or your girl to obey you.

I think this thread is just a fundamental disagreement in what dudes want. If your wife can't take care of your family outside of custodial duties/ food. Then by all means she is inclined to obey you seeing as you make life for your family comfortable. If she is providing equally, than she doesnt really have to obey you. I don't want a traditional marriage, I want an equal partnership.
