I think a ring helps his legacy even more. Real talk he should be working on ring number 7 and if he gets 6 this year he will have to be ranked even higher in a historical context. Cause the Spurs will need him to contribute in order to win a title. It's not like he will be asked to play 10 minutes a night or in garbage time. When the playoffs start Duncan will be playing 30 minutes a night and putting up 14/10. I'll all but guarantee that as long as he is healthy.

My feelings towards Duncan has always been love/hate. Probably the most skilled big man in the history of the game next to Dream. Dude made that low post bank shot a fukkin' science.

duncan is lucky to have pop every year of his career and for the rest of his teammates to all take paycuts to sign better players every year, he hasn't even been the finals mvp his last 2 titles,
