The man isn't a complete fool. He's just entitled and reckless. He has his new toy, he will play with it, take it apart and put it back together as many times as he has to in order to fully understand it. And he can afford to do it even at the risk of alienating a few advertisers.

The real problems start when he understands the dimensions of what he bought. All this social-media-addict-withdrawal noise is beside the point.

I think the crucial feature is location search and advanced search filters. it definitely has to be as open and accessible as legacy twitter was.

This is unreal. Someone has to be able to replicate Twitter right? :damn:!!
Easily but people are going to lose their followings, contacts, and you won’t get everyone to migrate to the same platform.

There’s a reason they killed third party apps. To make migration difficult
