Stack Up on Protein Drinks/Protein Rich Foods nd have variety.

Set Up Tha Bar nd Throw whateva Weights U are used to Benchin.

(*Yo Weight*) X 8-12 Reps.

Perform in Sets Of 5 nd Repeat.


If U can't Rep Yo current weight 8-12 Times Gtf Off TheColi & Get To Work;Start Gradually With Dumbbells To Build Yoself Up

I'm 5'8 210 swole I can do 275 easily. He should be doing the same especially being a trainer he been there since I started going and that was in 2013
It's easier for short nikkas like you to bench more, your range of motion is far less :comeon:

You sound like me. However I disagree with OP. Honestly, as long as you can hit your weight you are doing just fine. I played football up through college and im smaller now than I was in highschool. Its 2016 so I havent worked out in 10yrs (football injuries left me with torn shoulder acl, a SLAP tear, torn knee acl) and I went to the gym for the first time last Aug and somehow still hit 225. Those injuries are some of the most depressing injuries to have as an active person and I tried to go go back after a couple days but I just couldnt. The pain was horrible. I had to wait almost a week to go back and the drop off was substantial. Thats how I have gone so long from working out after leaving football and having worked out daily for 10 years beforehand.

That being said, my hands are official. :mjpls:

Im 6'1 205 (but should be 185 at my current conditioning :francis:) and I havent fought anyone my size or smaller but twice in 10yrs. :mjpls:
I grew up getting my ass beaten by my psychotic brother whos 6'5 240 and most my guys were all bigger than me so I always banged with big nikkas. :mjpls:
I maxed at 365 when I was playing at my strongest (but not fittest) but I'd probably struggle with 225 after a 10yrs and injuries but nikkas can say what they want in here. :mjpls:

You gotta be a strong ass nikka with exceptional hands and great technique to beat my ass and even then, its gonna be an expensive ass beating...

my max was about 265...my goal was 300.

Right now I can easily do 240 even with all the inconsistency in my schedule.

Anything less than 200 doesn't deserve to be mentioned imo.

I have done 308 10 times and then right after done 352 five times. I have never tried a one bench max but know I could beast out. I have also squated 352 ten times for five sets.

I think folks need to rep where they're from.

It's weird that people calling :duck: over 225. I live in Brooklyn. Retro Fitness on Flatbush where I go. 225 is damn near average over there. 275 is routine.

225 is not crazy to me.

On the other in I've worked out only at smaller boutique gyms. Lots of females or older guys not interested in moving heavy weight.
