lol - if you can't run 3 miles in at least 28 minutes, you aren't a real man.
If you are doing those in a small amount of sets and with strict form then you likely aren't too far from being able to lift body weight (upper anyway).

BRUH real talk there's a trainer at my gym. nikka has to be bout 6 foot 3 and this dude was being spotted on bench press struggling doing 225 by a GIRL that he was training. I was disgusted

I started on L bars holding one knee tucked to my chest with the other leg extended and toes touching the ground. Just focused on being able to hold myself up for 40secs to a min(each leg tucked towards the chest one at a time)What were your planche progressions?
