How much he weigh tho?
He ain't no frail ass dude bruh. Trust me I wouldn't clown if he was skinny. I'm gonna guess he weighs 225-235, but how are you a trainer struggling with a spot from a damn girl lol. I'm 5'8 210 swole I can do 275 easily. He should be doing the same especially being a trainer he been there since I started going and that was in 2013

What were your planche progressions?
I started on L bars holding one knee tucked to my chest with the other leg extended and toes touching the ground. Just focused on being able to hold myself up for 40secs to a min(each leg tucked towards the chest one at a time)

After that I worked on doing half tuck push ups on the L Bar

Then I worked on tucking both knees to my
Chest and keeping my arms extended. I'd hold myself up for 20 secs and built that up to 40secs

Then I had to learn how to do all of the above on the floor with my hands flat to build wrist strength.

Then I began extending one leg out at a time while on the floor.

I now use the TRX foot straps or elastic bands to assist on extending my legs out slowly to a full planche on the floor when practicing.
