Not bashin yall but it seems U nikkas are too comfortable wit bein Thin Bird Chested hoes. Assembled a simple guideline for yall to Follow Through Wit.
If U Can Barely Bench 130-140 LBs:
35-50 Pushups X 3 Reps Mornin
5 Min Weighted High Planks - 5 Min Weighted Low Planks
20 Full Body Pull Ups X Sets Of 5 For Decent Start
Stack Up on Protein Drinks/Protein Rich Foods nd have variety.
Set Up Tha Bar nd Throw whateva Weights U are used to Benchin.
(*Yo Weight*) X 8-12 Reps.
Perform in Sets Of 5 nd Repeat.
If U can't Rep Yo current weight 8-12 Times Gtf Off TheColi & Get To Work;Start Gradually With Dumbbells To Build Yoself Up
Dumbbells:
Purchase a Pair of 60 LB Dumbbells to work nd Practice with at Home:
10 Reps X Set Of 4-5 Bicep Curls
Do this if U truly want to reform yo body.

Right now 5'6 157. I was extremely frail back in jan. Like barely 120. I made alot of progress but wanna get up to 200
i don't believe you can do this
20 Full Body Pull Ups X Sets Of 5 For Decent Start
how much different did you look from 240 to 215Lol. Kind of unreasonable for some brehs. I'm 6'0 215, but I was hovering around 240 for a good 3 years until I decided to get back into shape. That kind of shape where you can bag bytches without showing an inch of personality. I did and it works.
I'm intrigued by what you posted. Because I'm 5'7 and 181. Yet I feel I'm heavier than I should be. Would prefer to cut down, especially on fat. Would it even be possible for anyone to reach 200 at our height and still look decent? Should I not worry about my weight right now and just focus on my diet, protein intake, and building muscle? I've been stagnant with the weights lately so I've focused more on cardio and fat burning.
