I don't even go too heavy on the bench anymore but my max was 275, I feel it more doing lighter weight supersetting 50x push-ups and cable butterflies in between sets.

I also do dips with weights from time to time 5'8 165 little nikka

Another thing is....u guys gonna call me crazy for this but when i wake up in the morning I dont eat at all before i workout. Ill just drink water.....too many reasons why i dont wanna get into but basically I think it slows you down.

they have even done studies saying that it was cereal companies that got everyone believe the idea that we were Supposed to eat breakfast so the cereal companies could make money. But normally we aren't even used to waking up early and eating. that is why so many of us find it hard to do and its not just because of work.
nah i do fierce 5 right now(a mod on BB.com made it and it looked good) But In 2 months I'm about to switch to a upper lower split. I just make egg whites and oatmeal in the morning. But I've also worked out Eating nothing before hand and felt fine. I'm an ectomorph so I have to stuff my face. Haven't even gained weight yet but I'm getting stronger and bigger and can feel it. Still weigh 150. Im trying to get to get 170 by the end of the year.

That's not crazy at all. I've only pretty much lifted in the early AM with coffee or a pre-workout as my only input.

I don't think the cereal companies did that. I believe they shifted the focus towards cereal and away for far based breakfast like eggs, bacon, etc. The US was a farm and industry country. Those groups ate breakfast because that were up and working.

Like I keep saying I STILL have alot of room for progress but I keep looking back in disgust at yself previously because I'm overhead pressing more now than what i benched at the start :dead:

One thing i gotta say about the weights is man THE shyt FEELS GOOD :ohlawd:

Mines is 365 but i dont see the point as a grown man not naturally built for that at my age.

225 x 15 gets me enough respeck and the fact that i prefer to be slim helps even more.

No one ever expects the shyt i do even if they stronger/bigger

Thats fine to me. Im just doing it from an ego standpoint but i dont need it.

Im bout to get back into lifting. My uncle was a body builder he had me on a good regiment the one time i really puy myself into it. Ima go back into that soon i need someghing to Occupy my free time nowadays. Lifting used to make me feel really good physically. I wanna get back there.

How long did you left for,before you stopped?

Lol. Kind of unreasonable for some brehs. I'm 6'0 215, but I was hovering around 240 for a good 3 years until I decided to get back into shape. That kind of shape where you can bag bytches without showing an inch of personality. I did and it works.

You trying to lose weight?
