Depends on the definition of gym goers. I think people really into lifting notice people that are similar and display a good level of strength. That said the amount of guys that consistently use 135 with no progression seems to be high at my last two gyms.

Well I mean muscle heads prolly wont think much of a cat benching 230, but 275 and up is good anywhere,in at 335 and I'll still respect a cat benching 225+,because at one point that shyt was heavy to me

But on the real, if you haven't worked out in a while 135 might seem like a zillion pounds so I can dig it. It took me at least 6 months of constantly in the gym working on my craft to get my number up. Keep challenging yourself.

It is for some of us,but 225 is nothing to laugh at,that heavy shyt

I know weights dont mean shyt in fights. Ive done both. Im not a professional at anything but:mjpls:

And im not a huge fat nikka. In fact, im completely outta shape. nikkas os always bigger than me

Its more important on how you carry your weight. BUT i done broke heavy bags, popped speed bags. Im not shyt but i will attempt to rearrange your life:mjpls:

Like I keep saying I STILL have alot of room for progress but I keep looking back in disgust at yself previously because I'm overhead pressing more now than what i benched at the start :dead:

One thing i gotta say about the weights is man THE shyt FEELS GOOD :ohlawd:

Mines is 365 but i dont see the point as a grown man not naturally built for that at my age.

225 x 15 gets me enough respeck and the fact that i prefer to be slim helps even more.

No one ever expects the shyt i do even if they stronger/bigger

Thats fine to me. Im just doing it from an ego standpoint but i dont need it.

If your body shots sounds like gun shots you gtg

Great advice. Eating more is always hard for ectomorphs like me cause it feels like i'm eating the whole crib down, when in reality I prolly got only 1500-2k cals in :dead: I'm more concerned about my shoulders though. They're weak as fukkk. They are what's holding my numbers back. Any kind of overhead press is difficult for me. I got to lift UBER light or else i'll feel pain and im not trying to snap some shyt up. I have a tight rotator cuffs, i've been trying to loosen them up with the broom exercises, but it's still a work in progress for me.

Yeah bro, you gotta start eating a ton more. Like you need to start eating 5000k -7000k a day. Get in kreakalyn and protein and stack with a pro hormone
