Focus on getting your macros right. You can do that on a small budget and it will pay dividends.I know.
What the shyt showed me is its crazy how people say they know...but we dont truly realize how nutrition is the most important aspect of the whole bulking. Cause in the beginning i pretty much was able to add 5 pounds each workout(for bench press) and there was a point i stalled.
For the most part my nutrition held me back. Thats the bad thing about being broke. If i was making half as much to afford to eat extraI have no doubt in my mind I would be at 200 plus by now. But either way i know i have made alot of progress in just 5 months.
I know that the supplements are beneficial for someone like me, but I have a hard time drinking it. Especially if it has any type of oats in itYeah bro, you gotta start eating a ton more. Like you need to start eating 5000k -7000k a day. Get in kreakalyn and protein and stack with a pro hormone

I've spent hella bread on supplements over the past 3 years and I had the same results each time. Even those muscle milk drinks, or ensures, my body rejects protein in liquid form breh
Lots of great advice in this thread, good looks yall keep it coming![]()
this thread is full of duck tales took me almost a year at 6ft5 250 to build up the strength to consistently push 225 which is nfl weight lol. I only saw like 1 dude out of a hundred on a typical night at the gym even attempting to put 4 45 pound weights on the benchpress and that was with spotters lol.
It is for some of us,but 225 is nothing to laugh at,that heavy shyt

I'm on my way. By the end of the year that will be my goal. So far on this current program I'm running it's been increasing 5lbs a week. I'm sure I'll hit a plateau eventually but I'm really just getting my form and shyt down which helped tremendously. I had no pecs when I started now I got some brehs. Finally see them through the drifit.
