I know.

What the shyt showed me is its crazy how people say they know...but we dont truly realize how nutrition is the most important aspect of the whole bulking. Cause in the beginning i pretty much was able to add 5 pounds each workout(for bench press) and there was a point i stalled.

For the most part my nutrition held me back. Thats the bad thing about being broke. If i was making half as much to afford to eat extraI have no doubt in my mind I would be at 200 plus by now. But either way i know i have made alot of progress in just 5 months.

my max was about 265...my goal was 300.

Right now I can easily do 240 even with all the inconsistency in my schedule.

Anything less than 200 doesn't deserve to be mentioned imo.

As a side note...@Kotal Khan guys like you need to understand when your stalling besides eating more....do shoulder presses/military presses and bent over rows...

A shoulder press/military press is what people always lift the least on but the higher it gets for you, your bench gradually goes up also. Because if your shoulders are getting wider that will help for the bench.

Similar with the bent over row/barbell row....its basically the BACK equivalent to the bench press

. Alot of guys go heavy with bench presses and have these huge ass chests but their back is like a schoolboy's back...because they didnt work out the back

So alot of them walk like they slouched over and that can cause shoulder problems.

The back is or should be one of the strongest muscles. So if you workout the back also...your bench will also go up.

























Think about it....What needs to support you when your pushing a heavy ass peice of iron into the air?

I got these long ass floppy arms bruh, I envy you t-rex armed manlet nikkas mane :mjcry: 185x3 for me, I call that progress, I was no where near that this time last year. Weak as shyt :flabbynsick:

Deadlift more and your forearms will get bigger.

Deadlift is always the highest lift and what people progress the faster on so you may enjoy that more. Just remember to eat heavy when you deadlift.

Even increasing your deadlift by 60 pounds will see at least a slight increase in your forearm size.

Honestly, its never why i got too hyped about nothing.

My brother like 6'3 repping 360... Easily. I done seen that all my life

Im cool with repping 225. That extra shyt not for me. Plus i know how to shift my weight in a punch. So i feel like I always got a punchers chance

If U Can Barely Bench 130-140 LBs:

35-50 Pushups X 3 Reps Mornin

5 Min Weighted High Planks - 5 Min Weighted Low Planks

20 Full Body Pull Ups X Sets Of 5 For Decent Start


Stack Up on Protein Drinks/Protein Rich Foods nd have variety.

Set Up Tha Bar nd Throw whateva Weights U are used to Benchin.

(*Yo Weight*) X 8-12 Reps.

Perform in Sets Of 5 nd Repeat.


If U can't Rep Yo current weight 8-12 Times Gtf Off TheColi & Get To Work;Start Gradually With Dumbbells To Build Yoself Up

Dumbbells:

Purchase a Pair of 60 LB Dumbbells to work nd Practice with at Home:

10 Reps X Set Of 4-5 Bicep Curls

Do this if U truly want to reform yo body.
I don't want yall nikkas to be cryin ova a bytch who didn't fukk wit yo looks.
