Im not where i want to be but i feel like i am yea. I defitnitly feel better than i ever felt in my life
I got about 18 pounds to go and i hit my goal (225) and i think that will get rid of the rest of belly fat i have. Im not sure what is exactly considered good cardio but after every workout i do a mile in 15 minutes on the treadmill (walk 2 minutes, run at 5.0 for 3, repeat) and in my last run my heart rate was at about 138 towards the end when i was cooling down
I was 315 at the beginning of summer 15', i use to be a skinny dude all my life and use to work out in the past always had big chest/triceps but then slacked off and put on weight now im 6 months in without stopping going hard in the gym/eating clean and im down to 243 with my goal being 225.
