If he weights under 175 it will make more sense

Around 160 right now, normal weight if I'm not slacking and eating a lot is around 165. Like I said, no need for the ducktales route I'm just in good shape and workout.

If you actively workout you should be able to do this or get somewhat close, I don't see why there's any doubt.

I do fukks with the chicken breasts tho. Slices not whole.

DON'T use milk, use water. Almost the same taste and you'll be alright with your other problem

If you've played sports all your life like me, been working out for a decade plus like me, and young like me you can do a big set of push ups or pull ups :mjlol:

Im not where i want to be but i feel like i am yea. I defitnitly feel better than i ever felt in my life

I got about 18 pounds to go and i hit my goal (225) and i think that will get rid of the rest of belly fat i have. Im not sure what is exactly considered good cardio but after every workout i do a mile in 15 minutes on the treadmill (walk 2 minutes, run at 5.0 for 3, repeat) and in my last run my heart rate was at about 138 towards the end when i was cooling down

I was 315 at the beginning of summer 15', i use to be a skinny dude all my life and use to work out in the past always had big chest/triceps but then slacked off and put on weight now im 6 months in without stopping going hard in the gym/eating clean and im down to 243 with my goal being 225.
