You gotta know your limits breh, it's better to get 3 reps and come back next week than to get a herniated disk and come back 6 months and 1 surgery later


in weight training/lifting there is no excuse why you cannot complete 50 straight push ups or 20 straight full pull ups. No excuse
Going to the gym later, would be good challenge because I haven't maxed pull ups in a minute. Usually do your normal sets of 12-15.
