Just drop the shyt if you can't get it

I needed a spotter for benching you fukkin D1ck
No sh1t
Wide grip, bench with your whole body, contract your lats, keep back flat on bench, drive with your legs and you should be good
If the weight is so heavy that you strained your back you got a little too enthusiastic and jumped to a weight you couldn't handle with correct form :wow:
If you're benching by yourself you have to make sure you take small increments in adding weight and that your form is perfect for your reps
Not tryna be mean or anything just tryna help a breh out :win:

What happened was I maxed out and threw all the plates I had on I was working my way up...
I lifted the weight 3 times put it back on the rack and went in to get a couple more but I realized I reached muscle failure on the way up....so I lightly tried to roll the weights down my stomach on my legs and that's when I strained so I ain't smash my d1ck smh....I was going in tho...this happen like 3 weeks ago my shyt been hurt since then just got better started back light monday

:mjcry: You gotta know your limits breh, it's better to get 3 reps and come back next week than to get a herniated disk and come back 6 months and 1 surgery later

Now you know that's a damn lie.

We talking pump fake pull ups or full extension and hangs?

I've been trying to preach to yall about CORE strength. We a strong core you can maximize reps. I'm thin but I'm still built with broad shoulders. Strength and endurance isn't all about size. If you are in good shape and are actively active :pachaha: in weight training/lifting there is no excuse why you cannot complete 50 straight push ups or 20 straight full pull ups. No excuse

I actually might :ehh: Going to the gym later, would be good challenge because I haven't maxed pull ups in a minute. Usually do your normal sets of 12-15.

Push ups are a lock though, I do those every night and sometimes I'll randomly do a set of 40, 50, 60 instead of a normal 20 or so.

Lol @ 50% of these nikkas saying they bench 230-270 lbs
I bet only less 15 - 20% actually bench that much
Btw 230-270 isn't even elite
I bench 290 lbs(225 for 10-12 reps) @ 187 lbs 6'0 tall but I wouldn't consider myself elite
Elite are those powerlifters who dedicate themselves to strength and nothing else
Unlike dudes like me who mainly lift for aesthetics
Yet I'm stronger than 80% of yall on here

Tldr Yall ain't shyt 230 is garbage weight but is still significantly stronger than the average non gym goer and considered ok for a regular gym goer

You ripped up?

And don't forget 230-270 isn't strong for guys like us anymore, but its not light, that's some good weight for anyone, for the simple fact it once was heavy to us once upon a time
