275? For Reps??? That is not normal, at all. I only see that out of insane freak athletes and I have been to private military gyms and crazy gyms where I would say majority of the people there were obviously using. 275+ for reps is no easy task at all. Unless you are some fat fuk pushing those numbers but if your BF% is anywhere near what I hover at or any other crazy people hover at and you are benching 275 for reps, you are not doing that naturally.I think folks need to rep where they're from.
It's weird that people callingover 225. I live in Brooklyn. Retro Fitness on Flatbush where I go. 225 is damn near average over there. 275 is routine.
