I know in the bible it talks about the multiple heavens and people being called up to the heavens like Christ, and Elijah. Also you have Jacobs ladders that showed Angels ascending and descending from heaven.

Seriously I doubt much would change. Religious folk will stay religious, some may waver but not many. It's a comfort to many, it's hard to give that up, which leads to the fear of the unknown.

Yeah I'm agnostic I don't believe in any religion personally but my family does. As for aliens I think they exist it's just unlikely that many or any at all are advanced enough to travel such great distances.

If aliens exist then they would have probably created their own religion that they eventually dropped when they discovered science and learned to travel at light speed.
Religion is basically what everyone uses until they actually understand how things work then they drop it. (We make up answers as a placeholder until we discover mechanics to determine objective facts...... Aka science)
