Got to the point where I was hitting 80 non stop.....That was about 6 months ago.
I haven't done a single push up since.The effects are still lingering, tho.I don't go to the gym
or none of that, yet people think I work out.I think it's from hitting all those push ups 6 months ago.
Got to the point where I'd hit 1100-1200 in a day.Couldn't feel the burn anymore, so I got bored, and
stopped.Think I'll hit some right now.Just to see how much I've fallen off...I'll up date you in

Yeah it’s definitely time for you to graduate and level up . There are plenty of modifications you can do that will take you beyond that plateau.
I’ve been in my One Punch Man workout shyt. I don’t go to the gym anymore. Just push ups, sit ups, crunches, and cardio around the neighborhood. I have adjustable bowflex dumbbells I use as well occasionally. It’s really all you need to stay in great shape as long as your diet is fine
