It's a cheat code for pushups ... and I’m not talking about going halfway down and/or halfway up either . You really gotta watch negroes and they push-up form . Easy to rattle off 40 even if you go all the way down and all the way back up using a certain cheat code .


Everybody’s form and technique ain’t the same :usure:


And if you ain’t graduated to the backpack filled with weights pushups yet, then you’re still in beginner mode :ufdup:

Got to the point where I was hitting 80 non stop.....That was about 6 months ago.

I haven't done a single push up since.The effects are still lingering, tho.I don't go to the gym

or none of that, yet people think I work out.I think it's from hitting all those push ups 6 months ago.

Got to the point where I'd hit 1100-1200 in a day.Couldn't feel the burn anymore, so I got bored, and

stopped.Think I'll hit some right now.Just to see how much I've fallen off :mjgrin:...I'll update you in

Edit..73 and I only felt minimum fatigue.I just stopped because I don't want my arms


to feel sore.I plan on shooting some hoops today.I still got it:ehh:

Yeah it’s definitely time for you to graduate and level up . There are plenty of modifications you can do that will take you beyond that plateau.

That's what some of my boys tell me.I just have to get my mind back to that place.

I have this pattern where I only want to work out during the Fall(Autumn).I go harder than

Stallone in a Rocky 4 training montage during the Fall, but then start falling off around

New Years.I'll hit up some different variations when I get my drive back

I’ve been in my One Punch Man workout shyt. I don’t go to the gym anymore. Just push ups, sit ups, crunches, and cardio around the neighborhood. I have adjustable bowflex dumbbells I use as well occasionally. It’s really all you need to stay in great shape as long as your diet is fine

This is right up my alley.I'd like to avoid getting "swole" and retain my flexibility.

I'll be one of the few to keep it a stack. I can't do 40 straight through. I'm in decent shape and I'm sure I could do it if that were a goal of mine.
