My point if the person involved is not able to process & consent to what is going to happen to them, then nothing should be done to them.

So, if a 3-year-old child refuses to eat, then they should be allowed to die from malnutrition/starvation because 3-year-olds can't process or consent to the consequences?

Go read what I said again, the exception is cases that are harm/kill worthy. If your child doesn't eat, something else is going on and you not paying proper attention.

I don't think parents have any right to their child's body unless it's medical operation for something that potentially harm/kill them.
