Me. Once a week maybe. Fruit makes me sick, I stick to veggies and even then only after drinking 128oz of water.

On Lexapro, I actually take 2-3 a week. Pretty sure this is all stress related.



This is funny, I only take a shyt when I take Lexapro :mjlol:

I love my vegetables and fruits so I get enough of fiber

It's also based off your metabolism. If I eat for maintenance then it's every other day.....if I eat at surplus I can go daily if not a couple times a day

You’re naturally supposed to have about 2-3 bowels a day. I literally don’t feel good if I can’t go to the bathroom. Most people don’t eat fiber, eat enough or even drink enough water to go.
