I believe in the Bible and I believe that verse is accurate, but even then, it's not saying that women are unequal to men.
I give my woman equality in the things that she's equal to or better than me in. For example, I'm not even going to try to take the lead on nurturing of my future children. I would look to her for that because I already know that's something that she's gonna be better than me on. But she looks to me for leadership in the things that she knows that I'm better at than she is.
She looks to me for advice and for guidance on issues. And with that being said, sometimes I bounce things off of her to get her feedback. But she brings her issues to me way more than I bring any issues to her.
But for people in this thread to make a blanket on it's face argument that "men are equal to women", that's dishonest at best and an outright lie at worst.
Folks saying that it's an insult to say that men and women ain't equal. Well tell you what... next time you laying in the bed with your man and y'all hear a loud noise outside, instead of you waking him up and expecting him to go out there and check on it, you let him lay in bed and YOU go check on it.
But of course, you wouldn't do that because you know that men and women aren't equal when it comes to providing protection.
And even if you say "we'll go together!

"
Well tell you what, instead of you standing behind him and letting him face the oncoming threat first, let him stand behind you and YOU face the threat first.
Since we're so equal in everything.
Y'all betta get outta here with that mickey mouse white women feminist BS
