What's y'all thoughts on Ty Lue and Lawrence Frank? A 50 win season means they're safe and not going anywhere anytime soon. Now I've defended Lue for years, even when folks saw he road Bron's coattails to get that one championship ring and always said he was legit. But I can't lie, with all the 1st round exits and the passive quiet coaching style -and also this is me just rambling a bit- I'm starting to question his Klutch Sports affiliation like subconsciously Bron has a hand in our operations sort of. Like we're only allowed to be so good and there's a ceiling placed over us. It feels like Lue will take care of Bron before the team. Like they could be hanging out and Bron will be like.

Bron: "I know Ballmer is paying you but don't get too big over there Lue!"
Ty Lue: "Ah Bron you ain't got nothing to worry about. Its Klutch Sports to the death of us."

-Not saying this is the case, but low key its starting to feel this is the case imo. It probably wouldn't be anything to worry about if Bron was on another team in a different city, but it does feel like Lue keeps the status quo in favor of his buddy and the team he used to play for. I know Lue isn't going anywhere as of right now, but with our new arena, its time for a clean break away from the Lakers, We need real 100% separation. Lue is like a suspension bridge that keeps both land masses connected at all costs. On a couple of other Clipper boards there's fans who firmly believe without a doubt Lue is a Trojan horse for Bron and the Lakers.

Also Lue and Lawrence Frank seem to be buddy buddy but the moves we make seem as if they don't communicate with each other at all. This past trade deadline killed Lue's options, game planning, and versatility with the lineups. We've never ever had 30-45% of roster that was unplayable for the post season. I've never seen us in that position. Just my thoughts, but still, something seems off with these two guys. Its going to be an interesting off season that's for sure.

I’ve defended Lue through the years as well

This series really thrashed his rep. He was outcoached & out motivated by a substitute teacher. With that said I’m sure Joker’s voice was just as loud whereas there isn’t anyone on the court for The Clippers to match that energy

I’ve seen my share of dribble dribble hold the ball refuse to run anything until 8 seconds left in the clock possessions. Move the ball. Turnovers & wasted possessions

Honestly the Clips should be at home with their soul hurting for blowing that series. Denver should've been packed up in 5 or 6 games, but they let them hang around and the rest is history.

After having to strain and struggle with Zu you can tell Jokic is having no problem killing Chet and Ihart in the paint. He's back to putting up Wilt numbers when Zu had him under pressure, fatigued and flopping.

Just a brutal blown opportunity for the Clippers franchise.

Our bench was awful in the series.

So on the same note, if the Nuggets run through everyone else, the Clippers vs Nuggets series might be the actual WCF and we're not as far off as we think dispite the team getting way up in age. Just need to still develop some players and have a better bench going forward.

Let’s keep it real

I wanted no parts of Minnesota either. We had shown no ability to keep Ant from the rim plus their youth, size & athleticism would’ve had them like The Lakers

Nah, we got way more players than the Lakers to body them up. They got us in the regular season, but the games slows down in the Playoffs. It would be a toss up if we played them imo. Just need some good games from Kawhi, Harden, and Zu.

I disagree

Not a soul on the team had the foot speed for the kid plus for whatever reason Rudy has looked adequate in their matchups

Well that's two dominoes to fall...

1. MVP
2. Finals appearance
3.

Are we having fun yet! :dead:

Kawhi, Kawhi, Kawhi... What player joins a team and instantly sabotages them? OKC wins the whole thing, I think they trade his azz :camby: :hhh:

We're so f*cking cooked. L. Frank sellin' the fanbase on open cap space in '26-'27. Why, so you can recreate the 213 Era with two more divas that don't move the needle nor have accountability and leadership:snoop: Out new slogan should be "Shortcuts, Cheat Codes, and Star Chasing under Spotlights"

No guarantees in this league. Everyone would have made the trade. Get over it.
Nah, Kawhi got to come home to LA/SD, got max dollars, got to load manage how he wanted, the team was his, etc. That was more than enough to sign on the dotted line. He got greedy and sabotaged the team by asking for a co-star... and a co-star he didn't even want. Durant and Jimmy Butler were his first two choices. L. Frank and Ballmer acted like groupies and dikkriders throughout the whole entire process. Needed a "wartime consigliere" like a Pat Riley type to play hardball and talk sense into Kawhi.

At worst if things don't look right you make a trade after the season starts, three months later at the trade deadline for one-third the cost. You don't make that trade right then and there. Everything was a simple fix if by some odd reason Kawhi wasn't feeling SGA. We had all of our picks and open cap space, there was nothing we couldn't do at the time to make things right. Stalking him in Toronto let the whole league know how desperate the team was for Kawhi. So when the trade request came Presti knew to bend the team over and take them out back, yes homo! We got f*cked to all eternity!!

I'm not going to say some trendy bullsh*t just so I can sleep at night. Everybody doesn't make a trade like that, especially when the rook is looking like the next best thing since sliced bread. But we have a f*ckboy IG whore chasing front office who's drooling over dubai b*tches but has the dime already at home, you just got to upgrade her and get her in the gym. WE STILL OWE THESE NICCAS PICKS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, so y'all can't downplay this sh*t anymore. Its so bad Ballmer and Frank put these guys on the path to a dynasty. This is f*cking awful. The endgame of the trade has finally arrived. Muliple all star, season MVP, Finals MVP, and World Champion :wow:

WE F*CKED UP ROYALLY!! Trade Kawhi and Lawrence Frank should resign immediately!! And we still owe these niccas picks on top of it all. The front office is smoking crack rocks dipped in Fentenyl. What an abomination and a travesty! I'm througly disgusted and beside myself:unimpressed:
