Can’t wait to see Melo tonight. I hope he really buys into the sixth man role and ball with Gordon off the bench. I remember having high hope for Lou and Gordon but that didn’t live up to the expectations because Lou just underperformed..

That was a shyt performance

I figured we'd be hyped to start the season off strong but we was sloppy, disinterested, and unprepared for NOP to bring the smoke. Burn the tape and move on to Friday. smh

Everything we wanted we had to fight for: points Loose ball and rebounds. Green lost his mojo. He’s useless without his three. We need scrappy on the floor. Offense ain’t the problem, it’s defense and hustle. Felt like they had more offensive rebounds then we had total. Ennis no showed.


Biggest disappointment was capela. That contract can become toxic real quick if we get too many more performances like this one. I’m ready for the next game.

Meh this ain’t a game I’m goin rewatch tomorrow like I usually do. Yeah we need butler. Gordon looking like trash so far.

I would reluctantly include Tucker but they gotta throw in taj Gibson.


Regardless morey need to make a roster move to improve this team.

This is how i know i'm getting too old. Mf'ers really out there over analyzing cp3/rondo like it's canelo/ggg and making psychiatric assessments on Bron's loyalty bc he disengaged buddy from a fight that both teams were pulling ppl away from lol

And tbh, i still don't like how iso-heavy we still get with Harden. Whether it's Melo or a hypothetical Jimmy Butler, we're forfeiting a more dynamic offense if all we have them do is drift to the corner and wait like they're trevor ariza. It can still be our bread and butter but we gotta switch it up more with the new personnel; like setting baseline screens for a Melo or Butler to post up against the smaller mismatch and have him draw the double team and kickout for an open 3. We did that with CP3 in the post a number of times last year.

I’m ok with it early in the year as everyone gets accustomed to the offense and different line ups and spacing.

We can add more of those wrinkles in as the year goes on. That would be ideal
