shyt is not easy, going in the gym and tryna hit 225 for 15-20 reps is not easy,but you put the work in over the years to achieve feats like that, and tho it's not easy,you grow to love itYou know hitting that heavy squat gonna kill you the next day,but the results(Strength and Looks) is
People think it's easy, I took a friend to the gym with me right before the new years, a bar with 4 plates was laying on the floor equaling 225, I said thats for deadlift,he said i can do that easily, I said breh you not just gonna walk in here and deadlift 225 with no previous training and you only 170
He attempted and damn near threw his back out, then he hit me with the "see thats why I dont wanna lift heavy, just wanna get toned"
Lifting weights was the best thing I ever decided to do tho brehdont see how people dont do it either
I miss deadlifts and overhead press. Cut my gym membership 3 months ago to try in-home yoga.

You are a bit top heavy. Hit them cals, them squats, stiff-legged deads, kickbacks, etcetcetc. 2 years from now you could be

When my money is right, gonna get a membership in one of the upscale, non-chain gyms. Figure if I wanna date fitter women, orbiting that area will help.
