shyt is not easy, going in the gym and tryna hit 225 for 15-20 reps is not easy,but you put the work in over the years to achieve feats like that, and tho it's not easy,you grow to love it:banderas: You know hitting that heavy squat gonna kill you the next day,but the results(Strength and Looks) is:whew:

People think it's easy, I took a friend to the gym with me right before the new years, a bar with 4 plates was laying on the floor equaling 225, I said thats for deadlift,he said i can do that easily:pachaha:, I said breh you not just gonna walk in here and deadlift 225 with no previous training and you only 170:childplease:

He attempted and damn near threw his back out:russ:, then he hit me with the "see thats why I dont wanna lift heavy, just wanna get toned":dead:

Lifting weights was the best thing I ever decided to do tho breh:salute:dont see how people dont do it either

When my money is right, gonna get a membership in one of the upscale, non-chain gyms. Figure if I wanna date fitter women, orbiting that area will help.

And the equipment should be better.:camby:chain gym rush hours. Only thing open is the damn squat rack.

Never know until you try, lot of guys come into the gym bird chested, shaped straight up and down like a twig,thinking they will be skinny forever, few years later walkin around lookin like the Hulk, never know what type of genetics or potential you have until you actually try:manny:

ew i dont want to be muscular gross, but i do want my booty and thighs toned again. I got lazy with working out but im back on it this 2015. ima be hot when sumer gets here

Breh, same here. I didn't knock em, but the insane bodies and the fact that looking at them tells us they are committed to health and wellness...
sounds like a big part of the values I wanna share with a woman and our children.:mjcry:

I remember it was around July 2013 when I was at my peak with my motivation, I had gone up to squatting 225lbs but for my body type, it's just really hard to see a visible difference. I can gain 20lbs and still wear the same size so when I lose, I really don't get enthusiastic about it. Another thing, as a college student, my grocery bill was just to freakin high, I was literally hungry every hour. But I think I'm gonna give it a go, one more time.
